I'm the apple parfait anon, and happy to help! The fifth chapter also implied a ot3 ending, but it's much more open ended (and the youngest seems much younger)
Took a peek at that chapter, and boy, you aren't kidding lol! Though it does look like all the characters there are younger than the characters in Ch1.
The art looks very cute in that chapter though!
the first chapter of Apple Parfait - Onee-Loli Yuri Anthology has a ot3 ending (although, it has cousin cest, twin kiss and age gap, and you might not be confortable with it)
Thank you for the recommendation (and the warnings), anon! Judging by the title "Onee-Loli Yuri Anthology" alone, those themes are basically what you'd expect lol.
I typically don't really mind stuff like that, personally. That being said, I read through it just now and I can def see a lot of people being uncomfortable with it. But it was kinda cute in its own way, and I appreciate a "why don't we both date them?" resolution any day lmao
