Thanks to the Apple E-books settlement, I received a certificate to use on Nook books.  Although I still use my Nook, I haven’t actually bought new e-books through Barnes & Noble in a while due to various concerns.  I enjoyed a little e-book shopping spree with my gift certificate, but the last book would not download on my Nook despite archiving other books  I finally gave up and download the Nook app for Samsung Galaxy.  I was thrilled to discover the page curl animation captured above.  The Kindle app for iPhone had the animation years ago before I switched to Android.  I’m enjoying playing with the page curl again.
