Another lovely morning practice with @jason_crandell, whose realism, precision, humor, and emphasis on effort (for mental engagement, yes!) and steady regulation I sooooo appreciate. Thank you @yogaglo for the "Get out of your yoga rut" class. Then we made our way to #longbay and a nice local gave us a ride up, over the hill. Beach and books, palm trees and ocean breeze. 🌊💙🌊We walked back over the hill to #applebay for the last sip of sun and a #bushwacker (adult Christmas in a cup...with nutmeg!) @booklust Is this more like it?! Irene - 'Stardust' (2009)

OMG, sometimes you hear a song that just needs to be used in a montage - this is one of them. I came across this gem on an indiepop comp a couple months ago and then discovered their whole album, 'Apple Bay', which, in my mind is genius, simple pop. 

Between Tobias' (now of Azure Blue) handsome voice and the infectious, cheery guitar throughout the album, I can't get enough. This track is one of the most fun songs I've heard in a bit. 

I've been known to have a few drinks and shout this one aloud these past few months.
