The best advice I’ve ever been given/could give someone:
“Focus on the sore spots”
This doesn’t mean to engulf yourself in negativity, it means that If something is sore or hurts or is hard on you; focus on it and fix it.
Apply it to everything in life. If you had a bad day, figure out why and fix it. If something isn’t working out the way you need it to, figure out why.
So often we’re told to “let it go”, but in the end; what does that really solve?
