His eyes shot up in annoyance, apparently he couldn’t even take a quick nap anymore. Huffing in displeasure as another bow was added into his hair. Just how many more bows was the red head going to put in his hair..

“Have you given it some thought, Chise?” Again, he had brought the girl to the land of the dragons, to assess her and offer guide. The situation with the dragon’s curse had happened under his watch, after all--- he would feel the guilt like a thorn to his side for many centuries to come. Lindel felt he owed something to her. 

And though it wasn’t as if it was his intention to steal her away from Elias, he had some reservations over her unable to experience the world away from the one she loved. Love could act as chains, as well as a blessing, he thought--- many millennia as a nomad had taught him the importance of independence, and self-care. As a new magus, if she had the chance to explore the surrounding world on her own terms, perhaps she could stand to gain something.

But that wasn’t his call to make, either.

“Where will you go from here? What do you wish to accomplish? What you do with yourself--- that decision is always yours to make.”

❝  ..... && so what are you’re feelings now then??  ❞ His fingers curled at thethought,  He was tense, VERY tense, he couldn’t even look Chise straight onas he spoke, Elias  felt like he already KNEW the answer && yet, refused to admit that was the truth, he wanted to hear the girl say something else; somethingthat would prove his assumptions wrong, so that he would be given a chanceto make things right— 

                          Would she even allow him such privileges??

Elias couldn’t even think of what might happen if she were to answer, would shebe mad— upset... SAD?? his insides churn at that thought, he feels his bloodrise, but not in an outrageous emotion, instead it rose with guilt. He’d preparedfor this moment; for the day Chise might turn away— because of his own actions,he’d feared for it, but he knew all the while that it was bound to pass... But eventhen, as prepared as he was, he still felt as if this was all too unreal && suddenhe couldn’t handle it...

He let her down— he’d shown sides he didn’t want her to see. Why was he so FOOLISH??

         “Now then, that should just about do it.” At the current, the male was overseeing the girls work. The fabrication of medicine, for an elderly couple that lived a little ways away. It wasn’t anything of tremendous difficulty, just something to aid with achy joints. However Elias had felt more and more tense recently when it came to her training. This feeling confused him, even though he knew the likely cause. He still held hopes that they would figure something out, however... Each day, more and more time ticked by. 

        “If you are tired at all, you can turn in for the night if you like. I’ll be within my study if you require anything.” At the same time, because of this feeling, he had been spending more and more time by himself. Which was doing nothing to solve the issue at hand. He knew this dissociation wouldn’t help. Then, why did he find himself doing it?

“Hey, Chise, hey!!” The young boy waves to get the other’s attention as he approaches what he was told is Chise’s house. A securely wrapped package is held in his other hand, and once he catches up with the woman he instantly hands the package forward.

“Here. My sister couldn’t come today, but she pushed me to give you her cookies. Didn’t she give you a whole plate last month? Whats up with that. Anyway, take this otherwise she will make a fuss.”
