Unfortunately, canonically, lots of elves are afraid of mabari and other dogs.

In the Cousland origin, the two kitchen staff say that the cook said she was going to cut off their ears and feed them to the dogs. It's even implied that the elves are afraid of your dog, which is horrifying for multiple reasons.

So... unfortunately, Inara would not be shocked that an elf - let alone one who professes that he lives alone and keeps to himself - is afraid of hounds. If she has hers with her, she'd probably instruct them to stay away from him, and be gentle if he approaches.

Depends on the specific situation tbh.

Inara doesn't necessarily always think Morrigan is wrong. They have big, important things to do. So finding some lost kid's mother or making a merchant be less shit for three seconds is likely a "waste of time" as much as anything can be.

But she also notes that though Morrigan complains, she doesn't walk off or leave. So there's no harm in arguing, but Inara's gonna do what Inara's gonna do.

If Morrigan wants to go sit and wait for her to be done, so be it. (And thinks it's cute that she doesn't.)

In places like Redcliffe and the mage's tower, though, Inara is a little more irritated. The town surviving feels big. The mages surviving feels big. The fact that Morrigan thinks that many people are a waste... that gets to her a little more. Because she's been on the other end of "well that bad thing that happened to you would never happen to me because I'm just better". And she hates that shit. So there you'd get a slightly disapproves.

But again, Morrigan doesn't walk away. So it doesn't go further than slight.

Inara knew it was possible. Probable, even, that Loghain would have to be killed at the Landsmeet. And while that's sad for her, she thinks that Loghain has fallen from grace. He's made himself their enemy. He knew what he signed up. As Solas would say, "You can't save people from themselves."

She has some hard feelings about seeing Anora's face covered in Loghain's blood, like her face was covered in her own father's blood. She feels horribly sad for Anora, and for what she had hoped would be a good partnership with the Queen. But that's not on Taera.

The most negative thing that could be said about her emotions towards Taera is that Inara is afraid for Taera, that the nobles will riot and they'll be in danger.

APPROVAL + Solas’ outspoken views on the Grey Wardens

Approval (mostly) remains neutral.

By Inquisition, Inara is beginning to feel the worst effects of the Calling, with the False one (and real one, sadly) roaring in her head. Having met the First Warden and seen Clarel's fall, she no longer trusts the Order, and her desire for a cure is growing more desperate.

So, she doesn't necessarily disagree with Solas, at least in Inquisition.
