drabbles; argue
"I didn't mean too." The woman on the outside of the bars sobbed, tears pricking the corners of her eyes as Amber sat crouched in the jail cell, fists balled on her knees as her jaw clenched. "Amber please, it's not my faul-"
"It is your fault!" She shouted as she pushed to her feet, stalking across the cell until her forehead was pressing against the cold, metal bars, eyes glaring holes into the other females forehead. Her entire body all but quivered in anger and fear, a guard banging his batton against the bars as he growled. "Hey, prisoner, step away from the bars." He ordered, Kay helpless to watch and Amber stepped away from the cell door. "You had to call them didn't you? Had to call the fucking cops, why didn't you just throw me in here yourself?!" She shouted, throwing her arms into the air and Kay choked out a sob, shaking her head.
"Amber! Amber I'm sorry."
"Yeah well, sorry wont get me out of here will it?" She sneered, falling to sink on the bunk in the corner of the room. She knew she was being unfair but she had promised herself, she would not end up behind bars again.
Yet here she was.
"You were breaking the law Amber, I didn't know it was you. Please." Kay pleaded, her slim fingers wrapping around the metal bars and Amber let her head fall back against the brick wall, still dressed in her street clothes, fingers stained with spray paint and ink.
"That doesn't change the fact that I'm the one in here, does it......"
