“Why don’t you like Chad? He’s a GREAT guy, Dad.” She pursed her lips, tilting her head to the side as she gave him puppy eyes. “Am I gonna have to set you guys up to do something and get to know each other BETTER?”
New in Auradon (closed)
@aprincethorned Veronica listened to the gasps and sounds of amazement th other kids on the large bus made. Along with the rest of the innocent kids, the lost kids were picked to come to Auradon. "Well well...ready to get off?" She turns her head and smiles weakly at Alger. "Yeah, grab my bag?" She asked before the teen helped her. They waited their turn to get off before climbing down the steps. Veronica was too busy looking around she didn't hear her friends calling her name as she continued to move. Suddenly the raven haired teen bumped into something and paused. She looks up just to see a boy. "...Opps." She managed out with a smile and backs a little. "Uh...sorry about that?" She was going to have to get used to apologizing. Ew.
The beauty sat in the courtyard, on the cold grass in front of a stone bench--near her beloved rose bushes. She wasn’t too sure what time it was, but the moon was high in the night sky. Aurora hadn’t bothered getting dressed for her midnight outing; she threw on her dressing robe over her nightgown and left her untamed blonde curls free.
In her hand was one of the roses from the bush--she held it carefully, not to cut herself on it’s thorns. Her finger lightly brushed over it’s petals as she was lost in her own thoughts. She couldn’t sleep. It was the night before her wedding--their wedding--and Aurora found herself more nervous then she ever thought she could be, The day had been coming for months but now that it was here, Aurora was restless.
