It took a lot of work to get to a place in life where I don't resent myself for my past. It took a lot of patience from Lucy to help me get through it and if it wasn't for her help, I wouldn't be as I am now. Even though I've had a few bad days here and there recently I know I can just turn to her and say, "Here's what's up..." and she'll listen without judgement. We all struggle, we all slip and fall and what's worse is, sometimes we don't know where to turn but it's important to speak up when things are going wrong or you just feel down with no explanation. It took me three days to say something was wrong but now that I have, I know that I'm not alone, I know that now but only because I spoke up and it's thanks to Lucy for lending me an ear to burn and a shoulder to cry on.
