She wasn't sure what the play was for Sada, but she sure seemed to be making sure Emily was without both Oscar and Zach as often as possible - and subsequently that the boys were also without each other out there. They were sent off on runs every couple of days and now she'd thrown in an extended one for her brother. Not only that, but the only other people she knew had been isolated from the Wexley's population. Emily felt lonelier than ever.
Sadly it was this feeling that made her want to reach out to Ember. Despite missing them while they were away, she knew they would eventually come home and she wouldn't feel so alone anymore. Zach's friend wasn't afforded that luxury and it broke her heart. His worries over Ember were now Emily's worries and she deserved to know she wasn't as alone as she may have felt.
"Ember?" she asked the door after knocking. "It's Emily. I was just....the guys are on a run and....Zach's apartment is uh....I just....Are you okay in there?" she spoke to the silence, struggling to say the right thing to coax her out.
