AquAlert is a project with the goal of detecting point-sources of water pollution, localizing them and predicting their effects on fluvial systems and water.
The project was started in late 2023 by @juliasteiwer. Since the start, two prototypes of low-cost sensor nodes have been developed. Code and schematic are available on GitHub.
Results from the research of this project are further used and tested in the field as part of nala-ai, which aims to push a "blue revolution" of making rivers clean and safe again by leveraging AI and IoT-technologies.
