Why is it that so many people hate or dislike Aquarius?
Romantically speaking, Aquarius are hated because they are unattainable. So many people are mesmerized by an Aquarius at the offset and become so emotionally invested, that they end up resenting the Aqua when things do not work out. Of course, this can be said about any other sign, person, and gender, but the unique thing about Aquarius’ prospects is that they never actually were able to convince, coerce, manipulate or pin down the Aquarian.
Aquarius are Fixed thought, so when they make up their minds about something or someone, things will not progress beyond that. It’s only until the Aquarian decides that it should lead to something more. This is why women and men, resent the fact that they were lead on. When in fact the Aquarian was never truly interested in the individual.
It always begins this way: - the interest - the chase - the push to commit, but it fails…
So the games begin… - mind games - manipulation - the blow ups - the jealousy trip - the coercion - the confrontation
This is right about the time they give up... - the breakup (last ditch effort to emotionally manipulate an Aqua to commit)
Aquarius doesn't chase...

The hate is basically fueled by the misunderstanding that many people have towards Aquarius and are left heartbroken because they didn’t know how to make them commit. So they end up resenting that they couldn’t pin down the Aqua.
On the other side of the spectrum though, Aquarius can be brutal. Verbally blunt and straightforward to the point of new level douche-baggery, these creatures can purposely push people away. They are the cause of this discord and they know it as well. It’s a projection of their past hurts that has never been dealt with. Thus this creates a self-fulfilling prophecy of this hate. But, because they are the rebels and fixed thought, they do not care nor do they wish to empathize with anyone, including themselves.
