I made my mom a birthday card. I tried to paint a 😊 emoji inside (second photo) but it went a little sideways 😓 but I think I rescued it okay! The front letter thick parts and flower centers have copper-bronze-whatever shading—hard to get a photo of but it's pretty in person. 😅 Also the colors are lighter & brighter irl. . Kuretake Gansai Tambi on cardstock with Pentel Aquash brush (small and large sizes). I don't think the Gansai Tambi is the right paint for this paper. I've had good luck with the Prima watercolors and Crayola, but the high end paints don't seem to work so well with it. 😅 The Gansai Tambi are amazing paints but they both strike too fast and dry too slow on this paper—it's just not right for them. 😓 .
