Pre-war Arado Ar 195. The Ar 195 torpedo bomber design was based on the existing Arado Ar 95 biplanes. These were intended to become torpedo bombers for the (never completed) aircraft carrier Graf Zeppelin. Three prototypes took flight in 1937, but production never started as the Fi 167 design developed by Gerhard Fieseler Werke defeated Arado for the carrier torpedo bomber design competition.
