✿ ... wheee ... let's go with Keltius and Ariather again... cuz why not?
Send me a ✿ and my muse will react to your muse putting a flower in their hair
The paladin went about her business as normal. Occasionally reading different books she had borrowed from the Inn she was staying at, practicing a few of her spells, finding peaceful ways to connect with the Light.
Often, she found the Warrior who she had recently had an accidental "fall-in" with passing by and smiling at her when she looked over. She convinced herself that she was staying in another part of the Wayfarers Rest.
Ariather left the inn to go gather supplies for the week and chose to pass by the Silvermoon Gardens. Out of the corner of her eye she noticed someone huddled by the Rose bushes. Turning, she noticed it was the Warrior... who had turned his head at the same time as her.
He smiled big, "Hold on a second!" Standing up, he quickly jogged over to where she had paused walking. "I got you something... f-for what happened last week, I thought I should do something nice for you. Close your eyes, I promise its nothing bad!"
She did as he said, trusting him and curious as to what it was.
There was a brief feeling of something being put in her hair and a small brush along her cheek. "You can open them now."
Ariather put a hand up to her ear. A rose. "Oh, oh my. Well... thankyou!" She smiled big at the gesture.
"I never did introduce myself, I'm Keltius... and no I don't normally knock people off ladders." A small chuckle followed the statement.
The paladin looked up at him, "Ariather, a pleasure to meet you... well fall on you but... you get the point." She managed to stammer out.
(///д///) ... Your choice of charater versus Keltius, my warrior! (The big teddy bear one! )
Send (///д///) for my character’s reaction to yours tripping, knocking mine over and landing atop them in a rather risque-like way. ravenstalons -
Attempting to reach the higher shelves of the library in the Wayfarers Rest Inn, Ariather stood tiptoe on a ladder. Returning books she had borrowed in the exact spot, as to keep the organization correct.
"Please don’t fall, please don’t fall." Muttered words to herself repeatedly. Though she loved to read, her fear of heights was not being kind to her in the need of the books.
As she put the last book in, Keltius turned the corner. He cut it too sharp and jammed into the ladder. “Oops..” his surprise to the actions came as the ladder began to tilt. Though he tried to grab it and stabilize it, the deed was done.
"No no no no!" The paladin atop the ladder squeaked out. Her feet slipped from the rungs.
Keltius looked up and attempted to catch the falling Blood Elf. He held his arms out but when she landed she accidentally elbowed his forhead from surprise, causing him to loose balance and fall backwards himself.
In the double fall, Ariather continually made small squeaks of fear from it all.
As the commotion stopped, Ariather looked up from her face plant into the ground. “Whew… least thats over.”
A pair of hands grabbed her waist and lifted her ever so slightly up and to the side. “My apologies ma’am… but… you landed rather… awkwardly.”
She paused, the way he had lifted… “W-was… my chest… your face..?” Ariather began to grow bright red in the face.
He simply nodded.
"Oh my goodness I am so sorry please forgive me, how embarrassing!!!" She began to spout off in her awkward, embarrassed state.
"N-no, it’s fine. Nothing happened, nothing regrettable at least… I think. I mean it could have been worse…"
The two looked at the ground, Ariather glowing bright red and Keltius trying not to embarrass her more.
"I uhm… I mean… Thank you for catching me…" The paladin managed to stammer out the sentence, receiving a smile and nod from the warrior in front of her.
It’s long… but I think it’s cute.
