I wish you would write a fic where Obi-Wan and Cody have to get married for something and never get divorced and the Jedi know but that's about it until it comes out explosively.

“He’s my husband.”

Obi-Wan keeps his gaze fixed on the plain steel faceplate of the droid and feels his heart stop in his chest. He isn’t ashamed, he would never be ashamed of Cody and his love for the other man but it is dragging something private out of the comforting muted shadows into the harsh reality of day and he swallows before he speaks again.

“Cody is my husband.”

He is sorry that he is having to do this, to expose Cody to a thousand watching eyes as he hears the lens on the news droid hovering over his shoulder click. The other man deserves better than this but there is no other way for Obi-Wan to join him.

“So I will be seeing him.” Obi-Wan steps forward, his head raised, his hands curled into fists and his knuckles are bloodless, his nails biting half-moons into his palm.

The droid retreats.

All Obi-Wan can see is Cody, his face pale beneath the bandages obscuring one side of his face and the blood that splatters his half-removed armour, mingling with the ash and dirt. He smiles, one corner of his mouth moving further than the other, and stretches one hand out — always so steady despite the storm Obi-Wan had unleashed brewing around them.

“Hello there,” Obi-Wan murmurs, twining his fingers through Cody’s. The other man laughs, soundless and slight, shaking his head as Obi-Wan draws his hand up to brush a kiss over his fingers. “How’re you feeling?”

“I’ve been worse,” Cody replies.

Obi-Wan stretches out a thought in the Force, brushing along the low burning ache in Cody’s head and the sickening twist of fear that turns into an endless dark void. He kisses Cody’s hand again, fighting to keep his hands still and his breathing steady, and sighs against his skin, tasting the grit of ash on his tongue.

Right? Cardin and his team members were such bullies and jerks to a lot of characters, and if I remember correctly, they haven't apologized for those actions yet. Nor did they try to do anything to make it up to their victims, but I guess they're just supposed to be minor characters without further development. All this talk about Team CFVY makes me want to start an MTC with Coco and Fox, maybe Velvet too.

Exactly! I might have been able to like them if theey could develop themselves into better people, but they didn’t. They never apologized at all, so I just don’t like them. At least we have characters from the other teams to love instead! If you want to start an MTC with them, you should!!

Same! I love everyone from Team CFVY and I wish we could see more of them in the show. Give me more of Team CFVY being awesome please Rooster Teeth!!! I also feel like writing more for minor characters because of how little attention they seem to get, same with characters I don't like. Although in RWBY, it's probably just Cardin and his team for now.

I agree!!! So many characters deserve more screentime!!! I’d have to agree on not liking Cardin and his team honestly. I like everyone else. ^^

That's good to hear! Not a lot of people want to focus on the minor characters or even write for them. Speaking of teams with brief appearances, I can't believe I actually forgot about Team CFVY even though I love all of the members! -- Ara

I love them too! They’re easily my favorite minor team. I personally like writing for minor characters! They deserve to be written for just as much as the main characters do!!! I don’t mind writing for characters I don’t particularly like either as few as they are!

I've been doing great! I'm still debating on who I want to talk to for an MTC though. Because as much as I love Team RWBY and Team JNPR, I kinda also want to talk to the other teams. Do you think you'll be able to write for teams that appeared in the series only briefly? Ones like Team FNKI and Team NDGO, I mean. -- Ara

That’s definitely a real problem! All the characters are so interesting it’s a hard decision. ^^; I think I’ll be able to write for them! It might take me a bit to get the hang of their characters completely in the case of brief appearances, but I’m definitely willing to try!!!

Thanks!!! I can’t wait either! The wait for a new volume or season of anything just kills me. I just want to see all the new content, but there isn’t any to see..  I definitely plan on asking you for help whenever I need it!!
