Carefully-- so as to not damage it-- Ivar gently took hold of the necklace by its string. He raised it in the air to better admire it in the light, and he smiled gently upon noticing the clumsy handiwork. It was obvious she’d made it herself... and that made it all the more special. “This is beautiful, my sister. Thank you.” After giving her a quick kiss on the forehead, he pulled the necklace over his head to wear it. “See? It looks awesome on me!”

He had hoped to sneak off while his sister was asleep so as to not disturb her, but it seems he had moved too quickly. With his free hand, he brushed through Arietta’s hair, tucking some of the strands behind her ear. His voice was low and soft. “You know I have to... I’m Lady Milla’s handmaid, after all.” But it wouldn’t hurt to stay a moment longer, he thought as he readjusted the blanket to better cover them both.
Yuri would be in the midst of talking when he would feel the weight of the other pressing against him. It seemed Flynn had fallen asleep
… Guess Flynn really needed to sleep. But all that armor is kinda… well, Yuri’s got no choice but to stay still and sleep like this. Chances are if he woke Flynn up it’ll take forever to actually get him to bed, so.

“Looks like it thinks you’re its mom or something.” Which—isn’t entirely good, if Silva’s not up to suddenly having to take care of a baby duck. “Want to look for its actual mom?”
