When Arabella joined the Order, Dumbledore gave her a choice: to stay where she was, or to live in one of the Order's numerous meeting places. She agreed to the latter and now resides in a house-above-a-store along Charing Cross Road. (The store, of course, is just a front. It's always closed.) Conveniently near the train station and Diagon Alley, it makes Arabella's missions a little easier. 

She never says anything, but it always makes things a little less lonely when Order members pass by.

Arabella’s magic is just enough for her to survive in the wizarding world, but if she had been born as a witch, she would definitely have been able to cast a Patronus. The swan may look like a graceful, harmless bird, but its looks are deceiving. It can be a vicious, unrelenting beast if provoked; make Ara angry, and you will face the bitter consequences. Additionally, swans mate for life. There will never be anyone for Arabella besides Charlie.
