Rose Fainza manages the sun drying of salted #dorado or “arayu” caught by her husband in the village of #Diura, #Mahatao, #Batanes. The #arayu fishing season or “mataw,” which ends this May, starts with a sacred ritual called #kapayvanuvanuwa in early March.
