Finally got around to converting it to flat bar. Took me a long 2.5 hours, I'll blame it on FedEx for not working and delivering my repair stand on New Year's Day. Saddle is a little out of place and prolly the heaviest thing on the bike - bro was complaining about the uncomfyness of my San Marco Regal and since he's been logging more mileage on it than I have....
