“ah, you are here too...”, eugh. it feels a bit strange. he doesn’t really know what to say or to react to her presence. is it nervousness? ah, he doesn’t know himself. hajime would probably want him to be nice with her and to not mess it up. but oh boy, the spite is strong. 

“it’s... pleasant to see you around? i guess...”, it feels so awkward. he doesn’t have the right words to talk to her. what a shame.

hey hey....unfortunately i can't seem to get myself back into tumblr roleplay and i just got hit with some life shattering events, so i'm going to have to drop completely. chiaki was in house 175. i sincerely apologize to everyone i had threads with and i thank you all for being my friend. i'm so sorry. maybe i'll come back some day.

Was this island, real? He was a lot more genre savvy and forward thinking now, so he had already thought to suspect that being whisked away to an entirely new island with vague memory of how he got here on his way back to Jabberwock was suspicious. He wondered if he had somehow stumbled into another virtual reality program, at least there were no talking stuffed animals here engaging in tom and jerry-esque antics as far as he had seen. 

However, the girl standing in front of him was somebody who it was impossible to exist in the real world. She had died, and even somebody with every talent could not do the impossible and bring the dead back to life. Nanami Chiaki was a girl he had met twice fo the first time, once at Hope’s Peak and once on that island. 

Now, was this a third first meeting? 

Hinata Hajime reached into his pocket, and pulled out a hair pin. “Umm... hey, you can have it back. It’s yours after all...”

The shout came out of nowhere, and what it was in reference to? Who knows. Certainly not ghosts. Kyouka was actually standing, staring in awe, at some old Halloween decorations and sheets put up to represent ghosts. Completely with poorly scribbled faces on them and everything.

♣ Do they believe the world is made up of good and evil?

Of course! There is  good and evil everywhere, that much is obvious. Even when they were stuck inside Hope’s Peak, under Monokuma’s ‘paw’ if you will, Chihiro had faith in the goodness inside each of the students. Even after the first trial, Chihiro clung onto the hope that they learned from the first mistake and, that good would win over evil somehow, and they could all go home.

Which, did happen, right? They just never got to see it.

♔ She wasn’t precisely a regular at the arcades in Little Tokyo. The whole ambiance was still mildly alien to her despite spending many afternoons at the ones back at home with her friends. Yet it still had that gentle sense of thrill, strong enough to push her to actually enter one. Mako didn’t have any major plans that tuesday anyway so why not distend half an hour or perhaps a little bit more there?

The music coming from the arcade machines were louder than usual. Expected, considering how low the locale’s population was at that very moment. Unlike Japan, weekdays were reasonably quieter here.

One familiar theme song catched her attention as she strolled through the hallways and, just as she predicted, a lot of space to freely move (compared to the rest) was the sign of a shooting game. 

❝ Do you min— ❞  The priestess stopped halfway through the sentence, realizing that the girl she was talking to didn’t seem to even acknowledge there were  living beings outside of the game. Deciding not to waste any more time and discarding every bit of shyness she had in store, her hand pulled off a coin and inserted it in the P2 slot. Quickly grabbing the plastic pistol, the world around her started to vanish, just like her companion, as she dove into the experience.
