After watching a dozen or so YouTube videos, I finally finished my Arcade 1up mod. New buttons, new joysticks, new video card, added an amp, raspberry pi computer, and USB ports. Even made it so the original power and volume switches work. Loaded up most of the games I wanted, but still missing a few classics. Progress! More pictures to come, but I'm excited to get the controls hooked up, recognized and the centipede display working. I need to get the raspberry pi to boot up with the screen rotated now. Still a few more steps to do...
