♗:Your muse falling asleep with their head in my muse's lap.
She was on her second chapter of The Art of War, and somehow in the middle of it, Kibum had ended up with his head in her lap in trying to talk to her as she read. He himself was holding a fictional book, talking to her about nothing and everything, forgetting the text entirely, holding it in his hands, his feet resting on the outdoor bench they were sitting on. Hyeri responded with short responses, to his questions, engrossed in her book to actually mind the physical contact, the summer breeze brushing hair into her face that she impatiently tucked behind her ear.
It seemed less than half an hour later, she had noticed that Kibum quieted, his breathing deep and slow. Putting her book to the side, Hyeri saw that his eyes were closed, making a pillow out of her lap.
The little brat.
Like a cat, he slept soundly, and Hyeri thought that he almost looked like a painting with how he did. When she slept, she looked like a right train wreck, and she hadn’t felt so much peace ever since she knew of her origins. She was almost jealous of how easily he slept. With a soft, amused sigh, she went back to her reading, letting him sleep in peace, absentmindedly running her fingers through his hair while she did.
