oh hey y'all here's a tip for anybody here w/ pots !! so just not long ago i had a really early shower & not long after i was done my business i started feeling a lil lightheaded so instead i got my jade roller & started lightly applying pressure to my forehead & face !! & it actually went away !!
now that ive& gained some semblance of yknow not passing out brushed my& teeth & now mouth tastes like watermelon 🥺💕✨ but i& was gonna start some Pilates stuff today... UGHHHHHHHH
