I've been sketching since I saw the end of Arcane, and it was impossible not to think about them.
At first I imagined it as a costume
And then I saw a fanart of @virtualsoup and I remembered that I had to release this:
And I thought maybe this Ahiru has feather tattoos instead of smoke... Why?? I don't really know, I wanted to do it as an AU but in Princess Tutu there aren't enough characters
Ahiru is Jinx and I know I have a LOT of mistakes in anatomy but I swear it wasn't intentional.
And yes.... Silco would be Drosselmeyer, because Caron is more of a father to Fakir than his own ancestor and the Raven is out of the question, as his relationship with Rue is very similar to Mel's with Ambessa.
And for the design of Drosselmeyer as a silco I based myself on a sketch I did a couple of days ago and it was like a representation of what Drosselmeyer looked like when he was young.
This design is based on the idea that Drosselmeyer looks a bit like Fakir. But on the official website it has been said that Fakir is German on his father's side since his mother looks a lot like Raetsel and she was also a foreign dancer. So the resemblance between the two is only the hair (and maybe a few personality traits but that's all).
The most complicated to draw was
Fakir already looks like a mess youngster, his hair is long and unkempt because he already had much bigger problems than worrying about his appearance. So I thought, what cut would Fakir have if he was in Ekko's place?
Here is also an example, I wanted to use the mask that Fakir wears in the episode 8 But I remembered that that mask has no detail... So I left the same mask as Ekko.
I also noticed that Ekko has hourglass paint and the only thing I could think of was the scar that Fakir had on his chest and I put it on his face (I know it looks horrible, but I didn't notice it until I was done 🥺)
And I wanted to add a couple of braids made by Ahiru while he has a lollipop (a gift from Ahiru, too)

You know, Ahiru is less shy and Fakir wants to resist the fact that she arouses feelings much stronger than hate...
I also regret not having painted them or being able to show them that Ahuru's bombs would be little Ducklings, but at least I got this out of my system!! ❤️✨
