hihi i barely post on tumblr BUT my mum just got me open ear headphones which means i can barely even feel them in/around my ears, which could help me shift / detach from cr when i'm listening to guided meditations / subliminals w earphones !!!!!
it sounds so weird but a really common issue for some reason when im shifting is that i doubt i'm in my dr because i can feel my cr headphones💔💔
pls say this makes sense @whathelpme 🥹🥹
