Finally while Saigon’s always bustling, quality nightlife is coming back to its unstoppable energetic self, its really time to let loose and celebrate in the most cathartic way, claiming back our freedom to dance together, beautifully marking the 2 years Arcan is making its outstanding contribution to the scene.
