Why can I never work on my homework when I set time aside to do it????

I have 36 hours in Chicago with you as my guide. What do we do?

Only 36? Dang, well it would depend on when you get in (time of day, time of week, time of year) since some things are weekend-only activities and some things aren’t as fun in the wrong season.

If we wanted to the standard tourist things we’d go to the John Hancock Center and go to the restaurant at the top for drinks - the view is better there than at the Sear Tower, and ordering a drink is all it takes to get up, which is cheaper than what it costs to go to up to the Sears Tower’s observatory. There’s also shopping at Navy Pier, and other hip boutiques downtown. For traditional Chicago deep dish pizza I’d take you to Giordano’s, for a Chicago hot dog I’d go to Portillo’s

If it’s a Friday or Saturday night it would probably be fun to visit Boystown and check out some of the cool bars there, get margaritas at D.S. Tequila or slushies at Sidetrack. If we weren’t ready to call it a night by 1:30am we could head to Berlin and dance and whatnot to 4 or 5.

For brunch I’m thinking chilaquiles, thankfully they’re available all over the city. The other option would be to hit up Waffles for waffles.

Catching a Cubs game at Wrigley Field is possible, but I feel like that takes up a lot of time that could be spent doing lots of other things.

And we’d be taking the L everywhere because it is soooooo convenient.

Ugh. This sounds so interesting. Its like the prelude to a great sociology experiment.

I'm a spy.

A handful of people who know me from my old server probably know but don't care, so I doubt they'd even say anything. I might never say anything, this is interesting.

And at the same time very boring because they're talking about football and the only thing I could contribute was that ex Patriots player being charged with murder grew up like 4 towns over.
