What he knows is bad enough, but running headlong into danger could kill him. This is the first time I've read a book with unicorns! The world building was done really well. There's mages, pixies and wizards! The story did start a little slow but that's expected. I did like the chemistry between Tai and Gates. When they were together the scenes and the backstories were really good. It's a spicy read that is both unique and entertaining!
