It's so funny sometimes seeing people take psychic damage in response to unusual house layouts.
Most of the time it's stuff that is pretty similar to houses I lived in or visited frequently. So I'm strangely immune to a lot of them. Things like
Carpet in the kitchen AND the bathroom
An entry way instead of a door to the bathroom
Clawfoot tub on a platform in front of a bay window
Doors connecting 3 bedrooms on the ground floor like they were cojoining hotel rooms
Very unfinished basement with a shower
Furniture used as dividers between rooms
Bathroom w/ the studs around the door still visible so it was like a bathroom stall as far as privacy
Dining room 3 rooms away from the kitchen
An attic bedroom you could only get to by going thru the bathroom AND the walk-in-closet, or the other walk-in-closet on the stair landing
A front door 2 feet off the ground and no stairs
More bathrooms than bedrooms on the ground floor
And my personal favorite
A mysterious dark 4-5ft square hole in the basement wall that led nowhere, had no reason for being there, yet clearly was put there on purpose
I’m glitching away
If a corridor is a bit wider than you wanted, do you (a) narrow it down a bit or (b) add a 4-unit-wide kink so the end is a bit narrower but the rest is the same? If you picked (b), you are Dia Westerteicher, and also a bad level designer.
What in hell do they think they're doing?
Take a right at the fork in the hall.

These architects need to stop with the stairs. These are the worst, yet.
