Learned quite a bit at the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region Disaster Training Weekend these past two days. My American Red Cross volunteering journey began back in 2011, after I successfully completed the C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team) training, both of which were inspired by my awesomest friends, @JorgeBueno1 and @MaryAnneMorcos. They always always ALWAYS find a reason and an excuse to be AWESOME! They are, what I call, POWER THRIVERS. I wish more people were like them.
