Oh, Anon, Extreme Shippers lost it a LONG TIME ago. Instead of just accepting the SIMPLE TRUTH,which is that: single, heterosexual actor Sam Heughan went on a date with a beautiful model (nothing earth shattering or difficult to understand about that. It's a story as old as time), ES have to invent convoluted conspiracy theories. Because if they don't, they would have to accept the fact that they've been WRONG about Sam and Cait being together all this time.
Anyhoo, the reason they're trying to make the Lionsgate connection is because Lionsgate merged with Sony, the company that produces Outlander. There was a premiere last night at the ArcLight Cinema in Hollywood for the new movie, "I Still Believe, " and guess who's behind that movie? Lionsgate. And guess who was seen by and pictured with fans at the ArcLight last night? Sam Heughan and his new date, G. Soooo, ES then made the leap that Sam and G went to the "I Still Believe" premiere last night as a PR or bearding stunt orchestrated by Lionsgate. EXCEPT....
That's not what happened. What happened is that Sam took G on a date to two very popular date spots for ALL celebs in Los Angeles: Arclight Cinemas Hollywood and Malibu Farms Cafe on Malibu Pier. The premiere just happened to be on the same night, but Sam didn't attended the premiere. He was there to go to the movies. A different movie. The ArcLight hosts movie premieres practically once a week. And it's also THE spot for people in the industry to go watch movies. As you can see from this fan pic 👇 Sam is holding 2 movie tickets. He wouldn't be doing that if he was there as a guest to the premiere.
BUT I got actual CONFIRMATION that Sam did NOT attend the "I Still Believe" premiere from someone I know who DID attend. She confirmed Sam went to the ArcLight to see a movie, but not for the premiere. So, that squashes the Sam and G attended the premiere as orchestrated by Lionsgate for PR. They didn't. So, there you have it folks. Sam at ArcLight Hollywood last night on a date with new girl, G and to Malibu Farms Cafe Malibu Pier IOW a REGULAR DATE in La La Land. Nothing more, nothing less. Simple as that. 🤷♀️
