The origin forms for Dialga and Palkia have qualities of Arceus in their designs. An interesting thing is that in the origin forms, they both get a ring around their body. Putting these together looks like Arceus' ring!

My first Pokemon theory

So many of us have seen the theories on why Ash is still 10. Ho-oh granted him eternal happiness, he’s been in a coma since the Spearow attack, all that nonsense. But how does that explain why all his friends and rivals are eternally ten? We know aging has happened within the anime’s timespan thanks to Ash’s Lapras, so why haven’t Ash and his friends and rivals aged? Is it because they were exposed to some kind of special power upon meeting Ash? That still doesn’t explain why trainers like Goh and Paul, who have been the same age as Ash since long before they met him, are still ten.

I think I have a pretty good theory though. You see, ten-year-olds are some of the most powerful beings on the Pokemon planet. We’ve seen them throw logs, defeat criminal organizations, etcetera etcetera. So when Arceus can sense that a particular ten-year-old has lots of potential as a trainer, it decides to keep them ten forever.

Now, I know what you hardcore Journeys fans are probably thinking, “Chloe and her school friends have been Ash’s age since he was 6 and they’re not powerful trainers”. And no, they’re not powerful trainers. Yet. But they will be! And I know that the Legends Arceus arc of Journeys will confirm this theory! 100%!
