I understand what they were trying to say in Poe’s arc. You don’t listen to the first plan you don’t get to make the next one I get it. But the fact that Poe could take over proves she didn’t tell anyone else either and that??? doesn’t make sense??

I thought I’d combine answers to these 2 questions into one post :) and thank you  arepeegee! ^^

I bought the wig from a taobao seller [link]. It came in really good condition and there were some defined spikes already so I didn’t do much styling since I wanted a more soft, natural look rather than hard, rigid spikes. 

If you haven’t bought from taobao before I recommend doing a little research - especially if you can’t speak Chinese. 

As for the crown, I made my own pattern/template based on reference images. I scanned them and added notes (see under the cut):

You may want to adjust to suit your head circumference,  My crown used 6 of these single units (total length = 9.5cm x 6 = 57 cm). It wasn’t too tight or too loose on my head. 

Oh, and I made it from foam a large piece of craft foam. I just join the free ends with masking tape then cover it with some multipurpose filler to camouflage the tape. 

Then I primed the whole thing about 3 times before painting. I tried spray painting at first but it made my crown way too hard and it cracked easily. For my second attempt (yeah I made 2) I used acrylic paint and the crown was more flexible.
