Dropped Thread - Allison - Escape Plans
“Uh, it’s a mess hall, basically. I’m sure there’s a kitchen somewhere but I get the feeling we’re not allowed into it,” she said. “Dinner’s in an hour. Don’t get your hopes up.” It was glorified slop, mostly.
“We’re not allowed to do anything, so I get the feeling that your feeling is right. But that’s never stopped me before.” She shrugged. “Don’t worry, I won’t be.”
Lily regarded the girl with a bit of a smile. She seemed to have attitude, and a slight disregard for the rules. Lily liked seeing that in the people here. “Has it not? Rumor has it these guards can be quite persuasive when it comes to stopping unruly behavior.”
“I heard that too, I just refused to let it stop me.” One of these days she was going to get into serious trouble and the outcome would not be pretty. She gave a little shrug of her shoulders.
Lily grinned to hear that. “That’s smart. Well, probably not all that smart, but it’s good to hear I’m not the only one who doesn’t let these people walk all over me.” It had definitely gotten her in trouble before, but what did she care? She wasn’t meant to be here and she wasn’t staying.
“I kind of hate people trying to walk all over me.” And by kind of she meant she did. A lot. She’d been raised a leader, not just some pretty mindless thing, existing only to follow orders. No, she was the exact opposite of what this place wanted her to be.
“You have no idea how happy I am to hear someone else say that,” Lily said. “I’m so sick of watching the way everyone else here reacts, like it’s okay to be treated as something lesser just because someone else has the upper hand. I’ve had just about enough of that.”
“What were you planning on doing about it?” It was one thing to talk about changing something or fighting back, but actually trying to pull it off? Yeah, that was a whole different ball game. Especially here where any disobedience would be met with the dreaded ‘death or worse’.
She shrugged and glanced around to make sure the guards weren’t paying them any attention before leaning a little closer to Alison. “I’m leaving,” she whispered. “Currently trying to figure out where the weakest points in their security are.”
“They’ll kill you,” she said, yet her tone was more of a hushed whisper of excitement than an actual admonition. Was it worth trying to help her? It seemed like it might be. If they got caught they’d probably kill her too but a fast death was preferable to living here until she died. Her own eyes moved over to the guards, who knew how many of them were werewolves? They could be listening in. But there wasn’t exactly anywhere private to have a conversation. Any help she wanted to offer would have to be offered in secret.
“Yes, maybe they will,” she said quietly and followed Alison’s gaze around the room. “But...” Maybe she would succeed. She left the thought hanging between the two of them and shrugged as she sat back. “Hey, if you don’t have anything else to do, I could show you around later?” she offered as an excuse to get her alone. If they could find a place to talk about this without guards, maybe they’d actually get somewhere.
“I’m not even sure what there is to do around here,” Except the masters, obviously, “So I could do with a teacher and a tour guide.” And they could do with a little time to themselves to talk of rebellion without the guards catching on. It didn’t seem likely, they were pretty thorough, but then, what did it matter? They either died trying, actually succeeded or lived their entire life on their knees.
“Brilliant. I’d be happy to show you, then,” Lily smiled and got up. “It’s a pretty small space all things considered, so you’ll have your bearings in no time,” she assured as she waited for Allison to follow, then beckoned her out of the mess hall. She led the way to the library where fewer guards hung around, lowering her voice.
“I’ve been watching when they all change shifts. It’s a tight system but not impossible to sneak through. Their weakest point is at the back of the house, because it seems to lead into a forest of some sort. Perhaps if we can make it that far, we can hide out until they give up chase, or lose them in the trees while we circle back around to the street.”
“Great, thanks.” It seemed strange to her, just how much of a smile this woman could muster even in the most dire of situations. It seemed beyond Allison’s means at least to even try and smile. Still, she did her best to mimic the other woman and followed her towards the library. Books seemed to be the only thing they were allowed to touch in this place, besides the stuff for doing chores, that was.
She listened to Lily’s plan and she wanted to laugh. The idea of two humans outrunning and hiding from a group of werewolves and vampires in a forest? It was impossible. Her voice was barely a whisper as she answered her. “Not a chance. They’d track us immediately, they can see, hear and smell better than we can in the forest at night. We’d be blind and they’d be in their element.”
Hmm, she had a point. It wasn’t one Lily liked, but they would certainly need to consider it. “They won’t have kept my wand, I’m sure,” she pursed her lips. “Otherwise, all we’d need to do is find it and I could get out of here no problem.”
So they needed a way to outwit the supernatural. “What do they do to the slaves who die here?” she asked. “How do they dispose of them?”

@argcntiferous wants a shippy starter
“Ya know...” He hadn’t realized what he was going to say until that moment. “We said we’d go back inside over an hour ago...” Not that he was complaining.

"Aren't you going to say something?" (argcntiferous)
“Normally saying something gets me in a lot of trouble.”

“Your family is a disappointment. You shame the Argent name. What happened to you all?”
Accepted
Your Name & Age: Charlie // 22 Character Name: Allison Argent Species: Human Character Age: 21 Sexual Orientation: Bisexual Slave or Master: Slave Turn Ons: Bondage, biting, spanking, humiliation/dirty talk, forced orgasms, hair pulling. (Basically anything not listed under turn-offs) Turn Offs: Scat, watersports, bathroom control, electricity. Short bio: The Argents were a proud family of hunters, still are, and when they got wind of a potential city of supernatural creatures they just had to check it out. When their first scouts didn’t return (people of no consequence really) they had a decision to make, to leave the city and its residents be or to send in someone else on a potential suicide mission. The decision was made when Allison volunteered to go on a stealth mission into the city. Of course, when she entered the city she found there was nowhere the eyes couldn’t follow her and her stealth mission turned into being captured, because who better to keep as a slave than the youngest member of a powerful hunter family? Just to prove you can. Anything else? The account is argcntiferous but it’s a sideblog of this one so I can’t submit from there.
