This was dinner: Argentinian Shrimp and fresh Dungeness Crab in a crab+shrimp bisque. Served with sweet baguette and paired with Flowering Branch Sèmillon '17. The flavor of argentinian shrimp is more like lobster. Between that and the sherry, the sauce actually tasted more like lobster bisque than crab bisque. And the dungeness crab was so fresh and sweet, I just poured the bisque over to warm it.
