Ingredients: 2 lobsters, cooked and meat removed. 1 cup corn kernels. 1 cup diced potatoes. 1/2 cup diced carrots. 1/2 cup diced celery. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Melt the butter in a big pot over medium-low heat. Put in the garlic, onions, carrots, and celery. Cook the vegetables in oil until they get soft. To make a roux, stir in flour. Do this for two minutes. Add the chicken broth slowly while stirring all the time to avoid lumps. Put in the potatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Keep cooking until the potatoes are soft. Heavy cream, corn, and lobster meat should all be mixed in. For an extra 5 minutes, cook. Make the seasonings taste better. Add fresh thyme on top and serve hot.
