Thanks to Tim for "pulling Batman out of a dark place" or smth after Jason's death but the undertones of Tim kinda forecfully making himself Robin after Jason are RANCID. So listen... after Tim, Cass came next and what if SHE got him out of the dark instead of Tim? Bruce trusting Cass and learning to love another child (she's an adult but still) because he can see that she needs a family (they BOTH do) and Cass reminds him that life is precious, that to make Cass stop trying to sacrifice herself to save people, he has to stop too.
