She is smol as are her people? Her name is Ki'yel and she is a language officer whose focus is alien sign, but she speaks many languages fluently? Eidetic memory, her species live an average of 40-45 years. Accomplished scientists, her species is known for ingenuity and resourcefulness, likely due to compressed lifespan and fantastic memory. Live in clans in "rural" parts, enclaves in cities. Typically large families~ hundreds of siblings, cousins, etc who are raised in a group rather than nuclear families. Part of why they're such good team-workers. Frequently her species work with alien species on projects (from inter species humanitarian to scientific development to interplanetary counsels), and military campaigns.
