Mason Dipper Pines is a clever, logical, and curious boy who lives in Piedmont. He is interested in Mystery and Magic Creatures and wants to be Mystery Hunter, who finds and studies those.

Dipper is not only smart but also good at observation. He is talented in quizzes and puzzles, and has great skills for driving and shooting. He also has great leadership which is enough to lead and command his friends. But he is also timid a little, and weak.
