That's a lot of pressure SGS! I dunno, you gotta give me something to go on.
The place Faylin is right now, in Wilkins basement as his vampire with his red ribbon, is how he was originally incarnated as a creation with my friend. Wilkins, Tavis, Angus (Wilkins' brother), and Danny (Angus' ward) are some of the main OCs from what I will call ARHTverse, but it was just the roleplaying world my friend and I had. I feel like the majority of their stories will not get told, because I need a little bit of focus.
Early days, Faylin was like, kind of an edgy more traditional vampire, but I think as soon as I made Collamair, that started to change. I do vividly remember asking my friend, "Should Faylin's master be a man or a woman?" And him decidedly saying "Man!" So having this obsessed gay man felt a little different than an obsessed straight woman. And that really set Faylin down this path of becoming a traumatized angsty man.
Something new, that I'm not sure will ever get touched on or spoken about, is that I think Faylin has a little bit of a crush on Wilkins. He doesn't understand it to be that, because he's never really been into guys before, but it's floating around there in his mind.
Not really about Faylin, but I often wish people would ask about the rationale behind the outfits!!!
ARHT Part 7 and 8 redos!
The first 3 images are from Part 7 which I started rewriting over a year ago and then got inspired to pick up again. I got Part 8 up to where you can see in the fourth image, partially flatted, before forcing myself to go back and work on 7. I'm really happy with the redone pages. I think they'll really bring those older chapters up a notch.
Image 3 is some a string of images of Liadan, Farrell's mom and Triona's daughter. She was in 2 panels originally, but I wanted to seed the faerie family early on since the others were such a big part of it.

I’m not officially doing inktober, but I am kinda sorta doing it?? First I am in the progress of inking pages for the next ARHT chapter, but I also want to use inktober to ink more of my tarot cards. So I’ve been alternating. the 3 of cups took 2 nights to finish. One for song-sseu and one for the girls. Tarot card updates can be found at monsters-tarot as they happen.
