You idiot. She’s albino. They had them pre-war, although rare. Some sort of genetic mutation that stops you from developing color. Her eyes have so little of it they are almost transparent. I thought I’d never see one now though. They were weaker than normal, had bad eyesight, and burned easily under the sun. A child like that would die early in the Wasteland. Survival for her must be hell.
