I wanted to try something different with the colors this time. Then I wanted death. But in the end I managed to finish it!

I love Ron with a beard and that’s like 90% of what inspired this drawing.

I’d been wanting to reread the HP books for a while and, what do you know, with the world going to shit I finally got around to it. And oh boy, did I fall in love with Ron Weasley all over again. 

The movies sure ruined both his character and Hermione’s (and thus, their relationship) also JK Rowling didn’t help matters one bit, with her statements

Anyways, I still love them. I still love Ron. You won’t ruin this for me, Rowling.

And then Ari realized that she remembered the hug wrong when she was drawing this, but only found out when she went back to find the passage :)
