A nap for two - ariansaith

It wasn’t odd for the boy to be asleep around this time when they were back at Akademeia, it was as if his internal clock knew that they were back at Akademeia and it was time for his nap. So there he was, asleep in the garden area next to Class Zero asleep on the bench. 

He didn’t know why, but he just liked sleeping outside in the garden, it was peaceful compared to the battlefield, so he would normally let the quiet sounds of nature be his lullaby for his slumber. Another perk was that, people would normally didn’t wake him while he was taking a nap. Though there were some people that still did every once in a while.

Shadows lurk, their grounds are shuddersome, devilishly apathetic. The unending drizzle of those creatures don’t let him rest, it’s his mistake to have come to their grisly domain alone. Status is okay, but fatigue is starting to envelop his being. Once deft movements start to be less swift, and they are halted more than necessary.

Consider him lucky, but it is when his steel irises catch the rapid movement of something akin to a whip -- ah, he is almost sure it is a whip, but its movement is too quick for him to follow it. The person handling it maneuvers with unerring accuracy, amazement plastered on countenance as he steps back to catch his breath, now seeing the silhouette of a girl walking out of the fog. 

❝--Wow. That was certainly amazing. You’ve got nice movements with that whip of yours, miss-- Ah, and thanks, you saved my skin; I owe you one,❞ He lets the tip of his katana rest on the ground as he takes a deep breath, only to release it in a few seconds, gaze meeting hers, ❝Though rest is not encouraged, since they will come back in a few minutes. Keep your eyes open.❞

   | to avoid saying the wrong thing    at the exact right time,    perhaps that was the ultimate aim    of diplomatic missions. that is    what they tell them, anyways. |

   In reality, Fujin is almost certain that missions that involved diplomacy, politics and anything as such were merely created so as to induce headaches in all those involved, excluding the [ rather stupid ] idiots attempting to conduct the mission [ their ] way. As sighing, banging her head on a vertical surface and attempting to harm anyone during the mission usually resulted in lectures revolving around disappointment, shame-- 

   [ and along the lines of ‘yes,    we know you hate them, but    suck it up, because you’re going    to have to do this all again tomorrow. ]

   On the plus side, at least there was someone else around to suffer with the silver haired lady of astounding annoyance, who she [ thinks ] is trying to help but [ ...? ]--
