It's just occurred to me that my perception of each character's voice is probably massively skewed, since I have voice lines disabled to save storage and thus only ever hear them singing.

There is a concerningly large number of people who apparently don't know or realize that An's last name is spelt with a "rai" as the middle sound and not "ra", as in "Shiraishi" instead of "Shirashi".
It's kinda eh seeing videos people took of the Project Sekai movie song sequence, because on one hand, I can notice details I didn't notice when watching the movie the first time and it's a beautifully animated scene, but on the other hand, the widespread apparent inability for people to put spoiler warnings is killing me. Guys, please adhere to movie theatre etiquette and refrain from spoiling other people.
Speaking of which, I'm not sure if the next part is a movie spoiler, but I'm putting it under a cut just in case.
I just randomly remembered seeing this really cool wood cutting based on Ena and Mizuki's hermit cards, and I've been internally screaming for the past hour as I try to remember where I found it.
Does anyone have any ideas on searching with specific keywords, because it is going to haunt me through my SATs if I don't find the wood cuttings soon.
It's that time of year again, when all of my classes have finals projects, and I am my most creatively productive but also sloppiest. So many art style changes happen around now. So many different formats to create. Too much thinking about writing.
I then have artist's block cast upon me for a month afterwards.
So my friend isn't receptive to questions about the media she's introducing me to :/ Welp, I gave her the chance to be the expert in her subject :/// Guess I'll have to rabbithole my way into knowing more than her about her own media ://///
I am of the opinion that everyone should let anything they want to post marinate for a few days before they post anything.
Just to, y'know, think about things before they expose their thoughts to the entirety of the internet.
Please. There would be such a drop in "accidents". My inner English teacher is going to throttle some of you people.
Went to the DMV on a Monday morning to get my beginner's permit. I didn't think it'd be so bad. I thought: "I have patience! I am a very patient person, paperwork does not faze me!" And yet, that was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life, right up there with when I had to get 4 teeth pulled out.
See, I already took the permit test at a third party location, so I thought all I had to do was get my picture taken and fill out some residency paperwork. I only brought some proof of residency papers and a copy of my birth certificate. That was my first mistake, because then me and my dad had to drive all the way home to grab my glasses for a vision check that I had to do at the DMV. Because I can't see shit without my glasses. The DMV's about 17 minutes away from my house, so that was half an hour wasted.
We got back and I passed the vision test easily that time. And I was a little annoyed I had to go all the way home to grab my glasses, but I understood that it was pretty much completely on me for not bringing them in the first place.
But then the DMV lady that was processing the paperwork or whatever, said that the copy of my birth certificate that we brought couldn't be used. Me and my dad had to go get the original, which was all the way back at home. So she handed us the paperwork we already filled out and told us to bring it back with the original birth certificate.
We drove back home and then back to the DMV, another half hour wasted. But right as we were in the parking lot walking back into the DMV, I realized that my dad left the paperwork we already filled out at home.
At this point, it was 1:00 in the afternoon, so the DMV people were on their break. I was tired, seriously frustrated, and hadn't eaten anything all day. So I suggested we just order pizza and go home for the hour.
And only then, after an hour and a half of wasted driving and a lunch break in the middle, we finally went back to the DMV to finish getting my permit. The rest of the paperwork was easy, and after the four hour long trial I went through, I was done.
