Armand got bored and made it everyone else's problem
(English is not my first languages and it's a first draft please be kind)
[text under the cut]
English : I wanted to explore what you end up with when you take Armand, a teen who was concieved to be a weapon, and forces him into a calmer life. He get bored. You don't wana know how he is when he's bored (poor Nathan is the only one who can handle him)
Truly, Armand thrived in Neolus.
He was young and small, but he was a menace. Even those who were more than able to put him in his places knew they could easily lose a member or, worst, faces the wrath of the much more dangerous Rachid.
Armand loved his brother. He was a force to be reckon with and an enabler. It didn’t matter in how much trouble Armand was ; Neolus would always be safe by the side of the older chimera. Even when he left, Armand had to be forced to leave. Insteade of the being in the chaotic place he called home, Armand was just... There. The only person with him were his friends and even though Armand didn’t trust them fully, he knew they wouldn’t dare to try a thing. Suddenly, Armand couldn’t do the one thing he was good at. And so, he was bored. A kind of boredoom that Armand could only fix by redirecting his energy to an acceptzable target : Nathan.
English : I thought a compilation showing every icons next to each others would be cool ! WIch one do you prefer ? I loooove Clémentine's and Thomas's ! I made those icons for ToyHouse and Artfight, I think they look wonderfull there !
A thing I like about Armand and Thomas fighting style is that they're directly opposed.
Putois Man isn't going to be too fight heavy especially at the beginning. The core of the story is emotional (because "Thomas being a super-heros" is more about him being inspired by super-hero's courage for his day to day life) fight are just a bonus and it take some time before the characters actually get REAL opponements. But I do lives the fight scene that come into my minds and I'm enthousiastic to write about them
Armand seem to be a funny character to write about because there's something wrong with him. He's reckless and would bravely attack somoene 10 time his size for the loves of the games, head on with very basic strategy.
On the hand Inlive how Thomas basically never fight and almost excludively rely on underhanded tactic. Like he's attacking from behind, only when his ennemy cannot fight back. I find it intresting. Really show how they're different from each others.
English : A drawing I originally made for Putois Man's world code on Toyhouse. You can see it on the background of the wolrd page's and the futurs lore pages ! I'm very proud of the result, I wanted to get that "super hero vibe" with dramatic compositions, colours choices and the poses of the characters. I wanted to give each of them some type of personality, with Thomas striking that typical heroic pose, Armand holding a weapon, Cannelle loafing, not caring about looking at the others, Cinnammon sitting straight and Nathan having the more relaxed pose with Cannelle.
At first, the illustration was meant to be a banner, but you can see on the code it's actually a background ! I just think it work better that way. It took a bit of adjustement to fully display it at the top of my page while showing a colour at the bottom. I wish I could refine it to make the two blend better but it's okay for now.
I've already posted the character's icon, but would you like to see the other drawing I made for my codes ?
[English I.D. : A digital drawing put horizontally. We can see the silouhettes of five characters on the roof of a building. Behind them, the background show the rest of the city. We can also see two spot projecting the word "Putois Man" on a building in the background.
End of the english I.D.]
[description d'image française : Un dessin digital en format paysage.
English : Armand Mustellard is an important side character of Putois Man. Unlike his brother Thomas, he don't care about morality and only want to survive and protect those he's close too, by any mean necessary. That don't make Armand evil, but sure does make him violent...Surprisingly, Armand is a good friend and partner, suportive in his own way an surprinsingly gentle with those he love.
Armand's ToyHouse profile !
English : a watercolour I made a while ago and that I already posted on Instagram, but took a long time to translate the image description. I wanted to create a picture in the same style than Cinnammon's and Cannelle's watercolour, while corrected the default of the later by adding more underpainting. I'm very happy with the result, especially the textures. Armand's sweat look so soft !

Both are basically genius, good at everything they try : obviously they're good at fighting btu Bakugo have shown to be talented at cooking and music while Armand would really easily learn to play an instrument or make crochet if he was given the chance and he would probably develop many others talents.
Andobviously both are very aggressive and violent : even when Bakugo don't have murderoud intention, he sound like he's about to go on a killing spree. Wich is exactly how Armand is gonna sound in like all of PM. However Bakugo is much more compétitive than Armand. Armand can take SOME loss (emphasis on some) but if the fight is very important he will absolutely crash out if he lose
But, Armand don't inspired by Bakugo the same way Thomas was looely inspired by Izuku at the begginning of the manga. Armand is mainly inspired by White Fang, actually. Both are curious and intelligent, both became violent because of their hardh environnement and past trauma, and the same way White Fang was an absolutely Beast in the fighting ring, Armand was often described as a Prodigy during his time at the lab and dominated other subject his age in the arena. Both are also absolutely loyal to whoever they see as a rightfull authority figure , but I'd say Armand is more difficult to tame : Whitefang saw human as superior, at least from what I've remembered, while Armand is like "Fuck human", every time. But both are very loving. All of White Fang hate melted away when he met his savoir and started to loves him. He loved that dude so hard he fought a guy who brought a gun, won and fucking survived. Wich is a very Armand thing to do.
