Fitness progress
-I ate more junk this week than I have since I stopped December. Some of my food went bad sooner than I had expected and with the running around I have in the week, I don't have time to shop for groceries.
-I failed my water intake goal yesterday. Unexpected things happened that separated me and my bottle. I felt it at the end of the night after the concert after I sucked down a regular bottle of water in 10 seconds. I'm pretty sure the water down faster than your toilet.
-Just completed week 3 of C25K. I can feel the endurance getting better.
-Also completed week 1 of the 100 pushups goal. Good stuff there too
-Considering starting the 250 squats next week or the week after. It will need to coincide with pushups day
-Still skating, but very little. Been doing it in my complex with my neighbors 6-year old daughter. That oddly started after they saw all my gear and started asking me a bunch of questions about derby. I probably will not go back on them (when it comes to derby) til I have insurance.
-I got chosen to go on a cruise for a film shoot at the end of Feb. We're being fed like the guests, buffet style. This will be hard to fight off.
-To my discovery, I realized that one of my followers @juliaisgolden is one of my followers and a member of the Army of 100. Hi Julia!
