@fariedt.christians what a legend... 💪😎💪😎 Still one of MaxFITT's best creations ever. If I think about it, Fariedt actually helped lay the foundation for MaxFITT. Fariedt was one of the 2 guys who I trained as a newbie coach, and these 2 guys were the skinniest guys I have ever seen. I did not for one second think that they would achieve what they did. I am not exaggerating when I say they were both about 40kg each. But the dedication and enthusiasm they had, allowed me to learn alot and get them both to top class bodybuilders. This is where MaxFITT was born. Today my day consisted of research / building and planning the loose ends of the #ArnoldClassics 2016 #AnimalismClothing stand. Drained and very restless after working through most nights lately, I was having tired thoughts going through my head of "Why" ✖️ Why bother training? ✖️ Why am I doing what I'm doing? As you do when your in Zombie Mode! This being said I couldn't be bothered training, to tired to eat meals all day, throwing my training out my vision quicker then anything, I went to bed and was content I was going to call it a day! Getting on my snapchat "teamanimalism" I received this snap from one of my customers @staceylee.w and re put meaning into why I'm doing what I'm doing. I have an amazing fucking team behind me rolling in there threads that we all stand for and believe in! Hustling there goals and dreams which instantly snapped me out my mood, got my sorry ass up and got to the gym!!
