Building up the lateral head will expand your Shoulders and make them look wider. 2️⃣Equal amounts of pulling to your pushing. You don’t want flat rear delts so make sure you do the same amount of pulling exercises like rows, rear flys, Facepulls. 3️⃣Develop a really strong mind to muscle connection. A lot of guys go WAY too heavy and swing the weights around. That’s not going to anything but hurt you. Take your time, great a lot of tension and keep the focus on the delts. ...
