Hey! For aro-friendly media, may I suggest ENA: Dream BBQ? It's a surrealist exploration/puzzle game, fairly short (1-3 hours for one playthrough for the 1st chapter) but with amazing character designs, animation and voice acting, and though it's all very abstract and weird, you can definitely read a lot of interesting themes into it :) as for how it's aro-friendly, the game (and the indie animated series it's based on) are absolutely romance free so far - save for a singular passing comment from one of the characters about formerly having a girlfriend. I can also recommend the aforementioned animations (by Joel G on youtube), as they have a similar deal, and are focused a bit more on the friendship of the two main characters ^^ Also, the first chapter of the game (all that's out so far) is free! So if surreal art interests you, it could be worth it to check it out :)
